Patty a resident at Orchard Crest talks about how she made the decision to move to Orchard Crest (Apartments in University Place, WA) .
“I moved in to one of your properties a couple of months ago, and have been intending to write to you ever since. I want to tell you what a difference your property makes over SO many others I checked. I was feeling pretty tired and discouraged over the weeks and weekends of searching both via internet and physically for a rental. I did not expect anything different when I visited Orchard Crest, but was truly impressed!
The floor plans, decor and maintenance stand out (to my guests as well.) The move-in incentives were compelling. But the one factor that made and holds my decision is a bit harder to define: the onsite manager! She has been thorough, professional, courteous and friendly from the start. (If any one of those had been lacking I would have given serious thought to moving on in spite of the physical amenities here.) Rather than list the things she has done and the integrity in which they've been done, I'd like to just say, "Thank you!"
There are countless internet reviews of apartments and management; too many are negative. I doubt that Aspen Square will have to worry about that here! FYI, my sister and nephew visited from California recently and were highly impressed. Each was interested in finding one of your properties near them.”
