“I'd like to write a letter to compliment the staffing team that is currently working at the Lakewood Village Apartments in Jacksonville, Florida.

Since Melinda has arrived on site, so much has changed in such a positive way. First, the whole feel of the complex has changed. There is a feeling of camaraderie among the tenants and staff thanks to her efforts, dedication and warmth.  Whenever there is a question or problem to be solved, Melinda is right on it and takes such care with each and every inquiry.  Secondly, I must compliment Robert as well.  I have not yet, until now, met such a knowledgeable and competent maintenance person at any complex before.  He is proficient and efficient in his expertise which is refreshing and reassuring.  These types of committed professionals are very hard to come by these days and lend so much to the credibility and reputability of Aspen Co.  It is important you know the amazing job these folks are doing in keeping Lakewood Village apartments happy, safe and a great place to live”
