Pine Ridge Estates Review - “upbeat caring attitude is far and above”

Below a resident at Pine Ridge Estates (Greenfield, MA Apartments) named Bruce talks about his great experience with one of Pine Ridge’s great staff; Al.

“Dear Sparky, I am a long term resident and felt it was necessary to send this letter.  Recently, I re-signed my lease for another year and feel you need to know the great asset that Al is to your organization. 

Each year I make the decison on whether to stay another year or to move to a different place.  Each year I have chosen to stay solely because Al is here. 

He not only does the repairs that are necessay in the apartment but he treats every one of the residents like a valuable part of the community.  He always greets everyone with a welcoming smile and hello, and he listens to our complaints and lends and ear to any subject we bring is way. 

While repairs and grounds keeping may in his job despcription, his upbeat caring attitude is far and above anything a company could expect.  He never complains, and always supports and brightens our day.  He makes us feel special and important in all situations.

Please know that without Al's presence here, this complex would lose all of it's charm and some of its tenants.”
