A resident, Angela talks about how she appreciates all the great work the staff at The Wellington at Willow Bend (Plano, TX Apartments) has done in the past year.
“I want to say that I've been at the Wellington for almost a year now and plan on renewing my lease for another year. It was a tough move as I had to move my son from Frisco and all his friends. However, once we got settled in, he became friends with other children in the complex. The transistion was also made easier while dealing with your staff, Tracy and Ryan. They made me feel welcomed and were there for any problems that might arise.
All of the staff have been really incredible. Having been in other apartment complexes where the staff is changed out pretty regularly and you never really get to know the staff - things get forgotton, work orders take longer, people aren't about customer service, etc. However, I have not experieneced this problem at all at the Wellington and I truely believe, it's because it's consistently staffed with the same personnel as it was a year ago. Tracy and Ryan have been there since my day 1 and they have been a pleasure to work with, along with all other staff and maintence crew. When I do have a work order that needs to be done, the work is done expeditiously and very thorough.
I just wanted to give this staff the kudos they deserve and let their management team know how much I appreciate their hard work. To be able to live in a complex where the staff is so friendly and ready to assist makes all the difference.”
