My husband and I were new to Atlanta last year when we moved to this property from the Midwest. The property was ok and we had anticipated only staying a year, but since the new manager Johanna, the office and maintenance staff (Mike, Steve and Charles) has taken over - the property is very well maintained and makes coming home enjoyable.
All of the staff are friendly and responsive to any concerns/issues we have had and are a pleasure to deal with.
We have already extended our 12 month lease 6 months and anticipate extending it again when our lease is up solely do to the staff.”
