“My name is Nicholas and I was a resident at the Pendelton Park Apartment Villas in Orlando, FL. Unfortunately, I had to move back to Boston, MA because of a family emergency. I am unsure if this is the proper forum for this review; if it is not please point me in the right direction. I am writing this to let you know that I was extremely pleased with how accommodating and friendly the members of the Pendelton Park staff were, specifically the manager, Sharon Tyler. I cannot comment on the complex itself because I spent such limited time there, but I can confidently say that Sharon is a wonderful manager. It has been a difficult few months for me and my family and I was worried that moving out was going to be an added stress, but that was not the case at all. Sharon did a wonderful job of LISTENING to what my concerns were, keeping in constant communication with me and helping me coordinate the move. Every time we talked (on the phone and in person) I felt as if I was being treated with the utmost respect and I found her professional yet friendly demeanor to be comforting. Because of her I will absolutely recommend the Pendelton Park Apartment Villas to anyone I know who is looking to rent in Orlando and once I decide to rent again I will start my apartment search at Aspen Square properties.
