Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and attracting talent for positions at all levels (laborer to executive/partner level)
  • Generating ‘top talent’ leads through networking, cold-calling, social networking, and both traditional and non-traditional industry sources
  • Traveling nationally to our various markets to recruit, interview, host career fairs, etc.
  • Drafting creative and enticing job postings
  • Sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, checking references and providing exceptional follow-up to applicants and hiring managers

Requirements

A strong manager and sales person by nature, the ideal candidate will have a proven history of identifying talent or generating sales in unique and out-of-the-box ways. Candidates must have:

  • 2 - 4 years recruiting & interviewing experience (corporate or third party) OR comparable experience in a sales capacity
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Ability to set people at ease and relate to people from all walks of life
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to thrive in an informal, yet fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel nationally (25%)
