Aspen Square Management and Apartment Talk are honored to name two members of Fort Campbell Housing Services, Mr. Jimmy Anderson and Mr. Russell Roberts, the Apartment Talk Award of Appreciation for the continual dedication of providing housing services to Service Members assigned to the Fort Campbell base. Mr. Anderson and Mr. Roberts work at Fort Campbell Housing Services Office (HSO). The Fort Campbell Housing Service Office has been working tightly with Campbell Place Apartments in finding U.S military at Fort Campbell the best possible housing accommodations.

Mr. Anderson and Mr. Roberts work closely together managing the HSO Rental Partnership Program (RPP). RPP is a housing referral program designed to ensure that military members receive available, affordable, and quality off-post housing. They ensure military members obtain quality affordable off-post rentals and reduce the initial cost of renting through defrayed costs of waived security deposits, discounted rent, and application fees. Rent payments are worry-free through an established and trustworthy allotment transfer system. This program benefits three very important users in the rental relocation arena: the military member and his/her family, property managers or owners of off-post housing, and the Fort Campbell HSO.

Campbell Place is one of over 10 local properties that participate in the RPP program. With the combined efforts of Fort Campbell’s RPP Program and local communities such as Campbell Place, the program saved Service members and families over 100K in waived security deposits, credit checks and application fees.
